vendor or artist

A vendor can be a crafter or artist that produces their own products or original art or a retailer that resells products from multiple creators.
Artists produce original work, typically in a 2D media.
A group table is a table manned by a special interest organization or group related to our community.

Our vendor applications usually open 4 or 5 months before the convention. Please keep an eye on our website or social media pages for more updates.
Typically you submit an application online giving us information about your business/ creative practice including what kind of products or services you will be offering and where we can view your business online (Facebook page, website, Instagram etc). While we can’t select every vendor or artist who applies, we make a conscious effort to ensure we have a good representation from different types of businesses, geek fandoms, art forms and product categories without creating too much of an overlap in offerings (ie. 10 vendors selling soaps carved like Pokemon!)

Vendor Hall:
We offer the option of either a booth or a table. Limit of one table or booth per vendor. Booths will be $350 each. Tables will be $175 each.

Note that the option of two tables/booths is offered on the application, in the circumstance that spaces do not fill, so we know who to contact, but the default offering will be one space per vendor.

Artist Alley:

Limit of one table per artist. Tables will be $95 each.
